Rosemary health benefits “There’s rosemary, that’s for remembrance: pray, love, remember.” This line from Hamlet shows that Shakespeare, the famous writer, knew the great uses of rosemary. Long after Shakespeare’s time, different studies have also shown many ways rosemary is good for your health, whether it is used fresh, dried, or as an oil. Rosemary has strong antioxidants, can kill germs, block cancer, bring down swelling, and fight infections. Fresh or dried rosemary can be added to soups, sandwiches, salads, dips, and even be used for making infused oil. Also, rosemary tea is a well-liked drink. Reply 9 View all 3 replies F3raf3r1dA F3raf3r1dA1 month ago Sarah -You can put in the food processor, blend well, and put in a glass jar;add olive oil, or avocado oil and leave there in conservation,it will be ready for use as you desire,on saladas, marinades,to cook as well adding the blended leaves. Depending on the climate it's better keep it in the fridge,or it can grow mold. The oil might ligtly harden, but you can take the amount to be used, and keep aside; it melts right away! If don't have food processor just smash it and add the oil. The same process to fresh oregano oil, amazing!👍 Read more Reply 4 imap Arcanso imap Arcanso2 days ago (edited) add rosemary to OLIVE oil and leave in fig. for 2-3 weeks, then strain, - it will change for the adding things ,it is according very old Czech Herbar !
